TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our Shipping Policy

The Puppy Collection aims to fulfil and ship all orders within 4 business days once your order has been received. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days during busy trading periods like Christmas and Easter to dispatch your order/s.

Shipping within Australia

For all orders within Australia, the following shipping rates apply to you.

All Pablo and Co and Happy Paws Co. items besides the car seat covers will be shipped through Australia Post or Sendle (CouriersPlease/Fastway). You have the option to choose either at the checkout where one service will be cheaper than the other.

Australia Post Rates: 

Standard Delivery: $8.95 (Pablo and Co and Happy Paws Co)

Express Delivery: $11.95 (Pablo and Co and Happy Paws Co)

For the Pablo and Co car seat covers, we offer a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

Dog ramp shipping prices will vary based on your location from $9.35 to $35. This will be calculated at the checkout for you.

Please note: these prices are constantly changing and fluctuating and The Puppy Collection accepts no responsibility if your postage rates differ. The information above is only a guide.

Sendle Post Rates:

Standard Delivery: $5-25+ (depending on your location)(Pablo and Co and Happy Paws Co)

Dog ramp shipping prices will vary based on your location from $9.35 to $35. This will be calculated at the checkout for you.

On all Australian orders, please allow 1-4 business days to fulfil your order and an additional 1-3 business days in busier trading periods. Delivery estimations are guides only. Depending on your location, allow up to 7 business days to receive your order.

Terms & Conditions

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that delivery and order details are correct upon checkout. If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges. 
Please review your shipping address carefully upon submission of your order. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

During peak times of the year such as Christmas and Easter, please allow additional time for your order to arrive as The Puppy Collection holds no responsibility for shipping times and therefore we can not refund the order arriving than expected. At your own cost, you can return the items for a store credit (exclusions may apply).

Please keep a track of the parcel's location and notifications as the parcel is closer to the destination. You can accurately track the location of the parcel HERE: https://thepuppycollection.com/tools/track-your-order or via the Where's My Order tab in the Home Screen Menu. 

If a note is left to pick up the parcel from the postal outlet and for any reason you do not pick up the parcel promptly, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and hence a fee will be invoiced to redeliver your items. 

Please ensure all the provided information on your order regarding the postal location is correct. The Puppy Collection accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided or delivering the goods to the wrong address. 

Please inform the team ASAP prior to sending the goods if the provided address is incorrect and hence provide us with the correct details. Once the goods are shipped we cannot do nothing more. 

All packages are packed meticulously and carefully to ensure the items arrives in great condition and undamaged. We use secure packaging to protect your order. However, we do not accept any responsibility for the courier service if the item is lost or damaged in the process (which is high unlikely of happening). 

The Puppy Collection ships within 1-6+ business days of receiving funds.

How much is postage for my order?

At the checkout page you will be provided with a postage quote before making payment.

Do you offer express postage in Australia?
Yes, we offer express postage through Australia Post.

Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses in Australia? 
Yes! We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia using Australia Post. 

Where are The Puppy Collection items shipped from?
Most items are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia

Can I pick up my order if I'm located in Brisbane?
Yes, we do offer a pickup option for local residents in Brisbane.

Order Cancellation

The Puppy Collection has the ability to cancel your order for any reason if we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you prior should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

Once your order has been placed with The Puppy Collection, unfortunately we do not cancel nor refund orders. If you require changes to your order, contact us immediately to organise the change before your order has been shipped.

Delivery within Australia

Delivery times from our warehouse will vary depending on your provided location and postcode. A guide is provided below with estimations for standard deliveries when you can expect to see your order. This is only a guide and delivery times may vary and hence over busy trading periods allow for delivery and handling delays.
